Exams can be nerve-wracking, but there are easy ways to deal with your stress. A psychologist explains how.

CAPE TOWN – Self-assessment and studying when you’re most productive can help beat exam stress, according to a counselling psychologist.

“The most important thing if for the kids to know themselves. They can do a self-review and they know when they need to sleep and take breaks, ” Raydene Naidoo of the South African College of Applied Psychology said.

Naidoo provides useful tips on dealing with exam stress for matrics and other learners.
